Extracts

I like keeping a lot of different flavored extracts on hand. You can use them for baking, sauces, salads,

Putting in a glass of water. They work awesome for a low or 0 point splash of flavor. They do have a little points with bigger amounts though so check points on them. Some have Lactose too so watch out for that. The butter flavor of course does. But watch for allergens if you have problems.
