I found the beads and chalkboard tags at the dollar store. The wood hearts I found at Hobby Lobby.

String beads on wire. I used 22 ga. Whatever pattern you want. Check length against what you're putting it on before you cut from spool.

Cut out shape you want out of the chalkboard tag.

Punch holes in shape to pull wire through, or pull through a wooden heart . Pull wire around in desired shape.

You can use a wire wrap tool if you want. It makes it much easier. And prettier.

Wrap around and clip excess wire. Lay smooth in back.

Put on vase or candle. Write saying or draw a picture on chalkboard.
